Cover Letter: 1. In the cover letter, you request that the dry tonnage be reduced from 300 d.t./year to 250 d.t./year. However, on the Residuals Source Facility Summary, you indicate that is should be kept as 300 d.t./year. Please verify which amount you would like to have in the permit.
