The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the
Mooresville Regional Office which confirms that the subject facility is no longer engaged in
pump and haul activities as authorized by the subject permit. Because Permit Number
WQ0410192 is no longer needed, the permit will be removed from our computer systems,
effective immediately.
