Reference is made toward the rescission of the subject State Permit. Staff of our
Mooresville Regional Office have confirmed that this NonDischarge Permit is no longer
required. Therefore, in accordance with your request, State Permit No. WQ0010014 is
rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future you wish to again operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment
system, you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating without a
valid. State Pemut will subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
If it would be helpful to discuss this matter further, I would suggest that you contact
Rex Gleason, Water Quality Regional Supervisor, Mooresville Regional Office at

water sewer system in mid October of 1994. Since our hook up with the city sewer system we
