The corrections to the subject permit are as follows: 1. Volatile Compounds (NDVOC) and Turbidity (00076) have been removed from the sampling requirements in PPI 002 in Attachment A. Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0009772 issued May 12, 2016 with the enclosed corrected Attachment A.
