The following corrections have been made to the permit: 1. Residuals monitoring frequency and sampling requirement are updated and now based on the actual dry tons of residuals applied per year. Please replace Attachment A of the permit No. WQ0008778, issued January 18, 2008 with the corrected Attachment A.
