This is to acknowledge receipt of your request that State Permit No. WQ0008321 be
rescinded. Your request indicated that you have installed another system approved by the
Mecklenburg County Health Department and that this State nondischarge permit is no
longer needed.
By copy of this letter, I am requesting confirmation from our Mooresville Regional
Office that this permit is no longer needed. After verification by the regional office that the
permit is no longer needed, State Permit No. WQ0008321 will be rescinded.

After paying $240 for a permit fee, $4000 to a professional
engineer and $1250 to a soil scientist I found that the system
you require would be too expensive to install for a single-
family residence.
I re-applied to the county and installed a system which cost
me an additional $12000.
