Based on your faxed request received on February 14, 2005, the Division of Water Quality understands
that wish to build an addition to your home at 385 Weldon Painter Road in Timberlake, Person County.
From the faxed description, the proposed addition is intended for use as a recreation room and outside
storage area, will not add bathrooms to the residence, and will not contribute additional flows to the
wastewater treatment and surface irrigation facilities.
Based on this information, the Division does not object to the construction of the proposed office addition
as described, In addition, no modification of Permit No. WQ00008030 is required to facilitate this change
to the building served by the wastewater treatment and surface irrigation facilities. All other conditions
and limitations of Permit No. WQ00008030, issued on August 1, 2005, shall be valid and binding.
