Sludge Compost Facility - Permit Rescission
McDowell County
In response to the request received November 19, 1993, please find
attached a draft letter for the Director's consideration and signature.
Regional staff have verified that subject facility has not been
constructed. Therefore, a permit is no longer required, and the
regional recommendation is rescission in accordance with the Town of
Old Fort's request.
