In accordance with an emailed request from Charles Stehman, Environmental Regional Supervisor, received
on February 4, 2005, we are forwarding herewith the corrected Permit No. WQ0007217, issued October 21,
2002, for the subject facility.
The following correction has been made to the permit:
1. Condition III.6, Standard Soil Fertility Analysis, has been removed.
Please replace Permit No. WQ0007217 with the corrected Permit No. WQ0007217 issued October 21,
2002.
