In accordance with your permit ownership change application and rescission request
received May 3, 2011, we have changed the ownership of Permit No. WQ0007028, dated October
25, 2007, to Enviva Pellets Ahoskie, LLC for the operation of the subject wastewater recycling
system. In addition Staff from the Washington Regional Office has confirmed that the closed loop
recycle system is . no longer operating and the Permit is no longer required. Therefore, in
accordance with your request, Wastewater Recycling Permit No. WQ007028 is rescinded, effective
immediately.
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Recycling Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Recycling Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $25,000
per day.
