In accordance with a notification received from Amanda Gaines (DWQ-Wilmington Regional Office),
we are forwarding herewith the corrected Attachment B for Permit No. WQ0006863, issued July 9, 2010,
for the subject facility. The following corrections have been made to the permit:
1. The surface application rate is changed to reflect the original designed infiltration rate of the
two basins.
Please replace Attachment B of the permit No. WQ0006863, issued July 9, 2010 with the corrected
Attachment B.
