Reference is made toward rescission of the subject Recycle Permit. Staff of the
Wilmington Regional Office have confirmed that this NonDischarge Permit is no longer
required, as the on site operations have been terminated. Therefore, State Permit No.
WQ0006660 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future you wish to again operate under a nondischarge wastewater treatment
system, you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating without a
valid State Permit will subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to $1.0,000 per day.

The CCC Sand and Gravel recycle facility located on NCSR 1517 in Pender
County has been closed out and the area has been reclaimed. The permitee has
requested a recission of their permit and a site visit on November 14, 1995 confirmed
that operations have been terminated. It is recommended that the above mentioned
recycle permit be removed from the system.
