Dear Mr. Brannon:
The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Raleigh
Regional Office which confirms that the facility covered under State Permit No.
WQ0006355 was never constructed and that the permit is not needed. Therefore, as you
requested, State Permit No. WQ0006355 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate a nondischarge wastewater
treatment system, you must first apply for and receive a new Nondischarge Permit.
Operation of a wastewater system without a valid Nondischarge Permit will subject the
owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
