An Additional Information request was sent from the Asheville Regional Office on November 2, 2006 and a response received November 13, 2006. According to our rules [15A NCAC 2H .0507 (A)], if final action is not taken within 60 days, the Certification is waived unless DWQ has objected in writing to your application. Therefore, DWQ has waived the requirement fora 401 Water Quality Certification for your plans to permanently impact 280 linear feet shoreline to construct the stabilization at the subject property.
