Lucky Gem Mine -Lucky Genn Mine 4

Reference is made toward rescission of the subject State Recycle Permit. Staff of our
Asheville Regional Off -ice have confirmed that this NonDischarge Permit is no longer
required. State Permit No. WQ0006148 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future you wish to again operate a Recycle type of nondischarge wastewater
treatment system, you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating
without a valid State Permit will subject the facility to,a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
