Dear Ms. Abernathy: -
Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject State Perrnit. Staff of
the Asheville Regional Office have confirmed that this NonDischarge Permit is no longer -
required. Therefore, in accordance with your request, State Permit No. WQ0006130 is
rescinded, effective immediately. -`
If 'in the future you wish to again operate a nandischarge wastewater treatment
system, you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating without a
valid State Permit will subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
