PPI 001 remains unchanged and shall remain active until June 30, 2010. Based upon information provided from the Permittee demonstrating that the facility only exceeds the 500,000 gallon per day (GPD) threshold during the months of June, July and August, PPI 002 has been modified such that the sampling frequencies for 5-Day Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Fecal Colifomi, Ammonia, Nitrate, Total Phosphorus and Total Suspended Solids have been split into two times per week (2 x Week) and two times per month (2 x Month). The 2 x Week sampling shall occur from June through August, and the 2 x Month sampling shall occur from September through May. All other sampling; parameters remain unchanged, and PPI 002 becomes effective July 1, 2010, thus nullifying PPI 001. Please note the following permit condition is new since the last permit issuance: ➢ Condition 111.17. — This condition requires the Permittee to thin the undergrowth its the lanes in Fields 15 through 23 in order to provide an acceptable spray overlap.
