The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the
Mooresville Regional Office which confirms that the facility covered under State Permit
No. WQ0006036 was never constructed. Therefore, as you requested, State Permit No.
WQ0006036 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate nondischarge wastewater
treatment systems, you must first apply for and receive new Nondischarge Permits.
Operation of a wastewater system, without a valid Nondischarge Pen -nit will subject the
owner to a civil penalty of up to $10;000 per day.
