Subject: Rescission of Permit No. WQ0005619
MCO Industries, Inc.
New Hanover County
Dear Mr. McIntyre:
The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Wilmington
Regional Office which confirms that construction of the closed loop recycle system was never completed.
Therefore, as you requested, Permit Number WQ0005619 will be rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment
system, you must first apply for and receive a new Nondischarge Permit. Operation of a wastewater
system without a valid Nondischarge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
If there is a need for any additional information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact
Robert Farmer at (919) 733-5083, ext. 531.
Sincerely,
Preston Howard,
