This is to acknowledge receipt of your request that permit number WQ0005619 be rescinded.
Your request indicated that the permit is no longer needed by you due to the fact that you no longer operate
using the closed loop recycle water system that was authorized by the permit.
By copy of this letter, I am requesting confirmation from our Wilmington Regional Office that this
permit isno longer needed. After verification by the regional office that the permit is no longer needed,
permit number WQ0005619 will be rescinded and removed from our tracking files.
