I am writing to further advise you concerning my "Additional Information Request" letter dated
December 6, 1991. The information I requested in my letter is routinely required to process an application
for a Recycle System. Permit. However, the Division's Asheville Regional Office has advised me that the
information is not appropriate to this particular situation. Therefore, please disregard the letter dated
December 6, 1991. I will continue to process you application as if the information had not been requested.
