This is to acknowledge receipt of your request that State Permit No. WQ0005251 be
rescinded. Your request indicated that the not been used for over a year and that the permit
is no longer needed.
By copy of this letter, I am requesting confirmation from our Wilmington Regional
Office that this permit is no longer needed. After verification by the regional office that the
permit is no longer needed, State Permit No. WQ0005251 will be rescinded.

Enclosed please find invoice dated November 12, 1993 for Permit
Fee relating to the above entitled Permit. I am also enclosing the
original permit.
Please be advised that Howard's Washerette was closed approximately
2 years ago and the plant for which the permit was issued has not
been in use for more than 1 year. For this reason Mr. Howard has
elected to return to you this permit and cancel the same. Since
this permit is being canceled, it does not appear that the annual
fee represented by the enclosed invoice is due.
We shall appreciate your cancelling
requested.
