The following corrections have been made to the Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0004240: • The sampling type for Total Dissolved Solids, Ammonia Total Nitrogen, BOD, Total Suspended Solids, Total Nitrate Nitrogen and Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen have been changed from composite to grab. • A footnote was added to reference the sampling type requirement from the 2T rules. Please replace the Attachment A for Permit No. WQ0004240 issued October 29, 2010 with the enclosed corrected Attachment A version. If any parts, requirements, or limitations contained in this permit are unacceptable, you have the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within thirty (30) days following receipt of this permit. This request must be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings, 6714 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-6714.
