Per your original request dated July 26, 2005 and your email request of August 12, 2008, the
Division of Water Quality is rescinding the subject closed -loop recycle system permit. Staff from the
Wilmington Regional Office have inspected the site and confirmed that the permit is no longer needed
because the activity is regulated by an existing stormwater permit (NCG 1400025).
