At the request of the Wilmington Regional Office Aquifer Protection Section, we are forwarding
herewith a corrected Attachment A for permit WQ0003044 issued on March 22, 2007. The corrected
Attachment A clarifies effluent monitoring limits and frequencies prior to operation of the wastewater
treatment plant upgrade and following operation of the wastewater treatment plant upgrade.
Please remove the existing Attachment A from the permit issued March 22, 2007 and insert the
revised Attachment A that is included with this letter. If you need additional information concerning this
