Dear Ms. Swan:
This is in reference to receipt of the request for the subject permit to be rescinded on
February 20, 1990. On May 30, 1990, a letter was sent to Mr. Dan Shields requesting another set
of analysis in accordance with condition no. 24 of the subject permit which was received on June
18, 1990. This information was evaluated and the Division concurs that this information is
adequate and with this permit being rescinded. Ms. Carol Lunaas, Attorney, Ward & Smith
confirmed in a telephone conversation on this date with Ms. Carolyn McCaskill that Law
Environmental, Inc. can act on your behalf in requesting that this permit be rescinded, therefore,
per that request, Permit No. WQ0001457 is rescinded effective immediately. Should you wish at
some future time wish to operate another land application program, it will require the issuance of a
new nondischarge permit.
