The Wilmington Regional Office Groundwater Group has indicated that this is a low priority site. There are no potable water supply wells within 1.500 feet of the site and sampling indicated there is no free product within the groundwater monitoring wells. Senate Bill 1317 eliminates future State Trust Fund reimbursement at this site. The Wilmington Office Water Quality Group recommends the Permit No. WQ0001334 be rescinded along with the approval from the Central Office Groundwater Section that the permit is no longer required.
