In accordance with your permit modification request received on June 24, 2009, we are
forwarding a modified "Attachment B — Approved Land Application Sites", for permit # WQ0001271
for the continued operation of the subject land application of residuals solids program. The modification
concerns adding and modifying fields within Columbus County and does not change other portions of
the current permit. Please remove the current Attachment B of permit WQ0001271 and replace it with
the enclosed Attachment B. This permit shall remain effective from the date of issuance until May 31,
2011.
