In accordance with a request from Randy Jones with our Raleigh Regional Office received January 27,
1999, we are forwarding herewith corrected page 2 of Permit No. WQ0001189 for the subject spray irrigation
facility. The following corrections have been made to the permit:
Item I1.7. The application rate has been corrected to "The application rate shall not exceed 0.25 inches
per hour and 26 inches per year".
PIease replace page 2 with the corrected page 2 into Permit No. WQ0001189 issued October 4, 1996.
