Dear Mr. Boone:
On February 22, 1989, the Division of Environmental Management issued Permit No.
WQ0000948 to the Town of Jackson. A review of the permit file has indicated that an
error was inadvertently made in the permit. Accordingly, we are forwarding herewith
modifications to the subject permit to correct the error. The permit modifies
Condition No. 31.
Please find enclosed an amended permit. The old permit should be discarded.
All other terms and conditions contained in the original permit remain unchanged and
in full effect.
