Your request 12th of September, 2007, concerning the pumping and hauling of the wastewater from the
control room and office trailer located on site until Permit No. W00000889, has been reviewed by the
staff of the Washington Regional Office.
The pump and haul permits have been extended and shall expire .lune 31, 2008. All conditions of the
original permits are in effect. Any environmental impacts that can be attributed to this activity may be
used as justification for the Division to request termination of the subject pump and haul activities.
