Staff of the Wilmington Regional Office have confirmed that this NonDischarge Permit is no longer required, as the system no longer exists- Therefore, State Permit No. WQ0000821 is rescinded, effective immediately. If in the future you wish to again operate under a nondischarge wastewater treatment system, you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating without a valid State Permit will subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day. If it would be helpful to discuss this matter further, I would suggest that you contact Dave Adkins, Water Quality Regional Supervisor, Wilmington Regional Office at 910/395-3900.
