Dear Mr. Phillips:
In accordance with a written request received on September 2, 2003 as well as the additional information
received on September 9, 2003, we are forwarding herewith the corrected Attachment B of Permit No.
WQ0000702, issued July 11, 2003, for the subject facility.
The following correction has been made to the permit:
The acreage approved for land application at the Sutton Farm, field S-02, has been revised, as
requested, to reflect reduced buffers. Buffer Waivers have been received for the James Sutton
residence at 1405 Aurora Road, the Stewart and Crystal Swindell residence at 1375 Aurora Road,
the Martin Sutton residence at 1325 Aurora Road and the Linda Jones residence at 1265 Aurora
Road. The area approved for land application on field S-02 is currently 25.6 aches. The total
acreage approved for land application is currently 201.3 acres.
Please replace Attachment B with the corrected Attachment B into Permit No. WQ0000702, issued
July 11, 2003.
