In accordance with your letter dated, September 26, 1989, we
are amending Permit No. WQ0000628 to change the months in which
groundwater quality samples must be collected -'rom the monitor
wells at the subject facility.
Conditions No. 26 and 27 are hereby modified as follows:
1. Monitor wells shall be sampled every February, June,
and September.
2. The results of the sampling and analysis shall be sent
to the N.C. Division of Environmental Management on
Form GW -59 [Compliance Monitoring Report Form] every
March, July and October.
This permit amendment does not alter any other conditions or
limitations specified in Permit No. WQ0000628. If you have any
