Upon the availability of a municipal or regional sewerage collection system, the subject wastewater treatment facilities shall be abandMied and all wast6water discharged into the municipal or regional sewerage system. This permit shall become voidable unless the agreement between Mr. Randy Cash, Solomon's Enterprise and the City of Roxboro for the collection and final treatment of domestic wastewater is in full. force and effect. 12. The sewage and wastewater collected by this system shall be adequately treated in the City of Roxboro Wastewater Treatment Plant prior to being discharged into the receiving stream. 13.
