(CSXT), Hamlet, NC Dear Sir or Madam: I Enclosed are revised Non Discharge Wastewater Monitoring Reports (NDMR) for the CSXT Hamlet, NC facility (permit WQ0000601). The reporting format has been corrected to use the NDMR forms as specified in Section IV. 4. and 7 of our permit. Future tri-annual reporting will be completed using the NDMR form. We have included reports for January through July, 2010. Please note that we have collected more',frequent samples than required by our permit to demonstrate compliance with our best management procedures. Extra parameters were also tested and are reported on the monitoring reports and designated as "Extra Sample Per requirements stated in Section IV. 3. of our permit, our facility has not removed any residuals from the wastewater treatment system during the last 12 months. The Act, known as the Permit Extension Act of 2009, extends the expiration date of certain government approvals and permits.
