In accordance with an e-mail notification request from Mr. Todd Shearin of Synagro South, Inc.
received on March 28, 2005, we are forwarding herewith Page 2 of 2 of Attachment B, certified on March
14, 2005 to be included in Permit No. WQ00000543, issued on March 14, 2005.
During his review of the renewed and modified permit, Mr. Shearin noted that this page of the
permit was missing from his copy. In verifying the situation, the Division discovered that several other
copies of this permit were distributed without this page as well. The Division appreciates Mr. Shearin's
diligence in calling this omission to our attention, and we apologize for any confusion that it might have
caused.
Please insert this Page 2 of 2 of Attachment B, certified on March 14, 2005, into Permit No.
WQ0000543, issued on March 14, 2005.
