Revised plans and a letter of request for permit amendment were received on
August 22, 1983, by the Division for the subject project to relocate the designa-
ted "green area". The plans have been reviewed and the proposed site has been
evaluated by the regional staff; and the proposed Relocation is satisfactory.
Please disregard the "draft" amendment which was signed by H. Dale Crisp for the
Director and mistakenly mailed September 26, 1983.
Permit No. 6906, issued October 14, 1981, is hereby amended to allow for the
relocation and addition of the designated "green area". Condition 12 is hereby
revised to indicate 3.1 acres instead of 2.87 acres of area designated for "waste
treatment and green area".
This permit amendment does not alter any other conditions, limitations, or the
expiration date of the permit.
