It is the Permittee's responsibility to ensure that a complete permit is created by inserting this modified Attachment A and vicinity maps into Permit No. WQ0000455, issued on June 18, 2004, and making sure to retain any vicinity maps for any existing and unmodified residuals source -generating facilities. This modified Attachment A shall be effective from the date of certification; shall void Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0000455 that was previously certified on June 6, 2008; and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein and well as those specified in the above - referenced permit. Residuals from this source -generating facility shall be incorporated into the sail within six hours after land application to meet vector attraction reduction, as the percent solids in these residuals are not sufficient to meet vector attraction reduction requirements Through air drying alone.
