Dear Mr. Beacham:
This is in reference to your application. received August 30, 1988, for a
Non -Discharge Permit for the expansion of the subject wastewater treatment facility.
In a letter dated September 22, 1988, you were advised by the Division's
Groundwater Section to provide specific -technical information on monitoring well. data,
well details, groundwater depths, and hydrologic information within sixty (60) days or
the application package would be returned as incomplete. Since this sixty (60) day
requirement elapsed on November. 22, 1988, the Division. of Environmental Management
must return your application and support documents as incomplete, in accordance with
Horth Carolina General Statute 143-215.1. The documenCs Fare bei -rig forwarded under
separate cover.
When you have obtained the requested information which is needed to make the
subject project application complete, you may submit a new application package and
permit processing fee for review action.
