The applications for the subject projects, received August 23,
1988, have been reviewed. Permit No. 7964, issued March 41 1983,
approved both the use of several system designs and the use of
these approved designs for specific lots. Additionally, a number
of lots were specified as being suitable. The subject sites were
not specified in the permit.
Lot No.'s 105 and 533A are to be served by individual on-site Lpp
disposal systems. The sites have been inspected and determined to
be suitable.
Lot No. 590 is to be connected.to an existing sewer force main
along Muscadine Wynd which is tributary to the Timber Creek
wastewater treatment facility which is operated subject to Permit
No. 10916. The Timber Creek Plant has sufficient undesignated
capacity to allow for this connection.
