It is understood the Town is concerned about the existing spray irrigation site meeting the updated spray irrigation buffers listed in permit condition 1.5. Please be assured this permit condition is intended for any future spray irrigation site modifications, extensions, or additions. The Town of Fremont is expected to maintain the originally permitted spray irrigation buffers for the existing 43.5 acre spray irrigation site. Please pull the permit and make sure that we included the statement saying that the new buffers would only apply to new facilities and not all of the existing facilities. If we failed to do that, I either want to prepare a new permit with that statement in there or prepare a letter explaining this. We did not mean for him to think that those new ones apply to all the existing facilities that he has out there. Once you pull it and review, talk to me and we will decide which action to take.
