This is to acknowledge receipt of your comment affixed to the Annual Administering Compliance
Monitoring Fee Invoice for Westmore Elementaty School indicating that the subsurface system is now
under the jurisdiction of your local Health Department.
Effective July 14, 1992, Permit No. WQ0004685 was transferred to the Moore County Health
Department. Therefore, the annual fee in the amount of $300.00 is not due and payable.
If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment
system, you must first apply for and receive a new Nondischarge Permit. Operation of a wastewater
system without a valid Nondischarge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
