Rockwell has connected to the MSD of Buncombe County and has
discharged to this system for several months. John Frazier of
Rockwell indicated last fall that their plans are to make a final
spray application to the field in March to empty the lagoon, and
to immediately fill the lagoon. This morning he stated that
these plans were on track; this was still their intention.
Therefore the referenced permit will not be needed beyond the
expiration date, and it should be allowed to expire.
