Subject: Expiration of State Permit No. WQ0004648

Reference is made toward rescission of the subject State Permit. Staff of our
Asheville Regional Office have confirmed this facility has attached to the MSD Buncombe
sewer system and this NonDischarge Permit is no longer required. State Permit No.
WQ0004648 is allowed to expire, effective April 30, 1996.
If in the future you wish to again operate a Spray Irrigation type of noudischarge
wastewater treatment system, you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit.
Operating without a valid State Permit will subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to
$10,000 per day.
