Therefore, as you requested, Permit Number WQ0004628 is hereby rescinded effective immediately. 1f in the future, you detem-Ane that you want to treat petroleum contaminated soils, you must first apply for and receive a new Nondischarge permit. Failure to obtain a valid Nondischarge Permit for such activities will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
