Subject: Rescission of Permit No. WQ0004604
Ogden Village Utilities, Inc.
New Hanover County
Dear Mr. Stocks:
The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Wilmington
Regional Office which confirms that the subject facility no longer operates the non discharge waste water
treatment system as authorized by the subject permit. Therefore, as you requested, Permit Number
WQ0004604 is hereby rescinded effective immediately.
If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate a non discharge waste water treatment
system, you must first apply for and receive a new Non discharge Permit. Operation of a waste water
system without a valid Non discharge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
If there is a need for any additional information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact
Robert Farmer at (9 19) 733-5083.
