The system was built in 1981 by authorization of a Health Department Permit. Responsibility for permitting this system now falls with this Department. A permit application has been submitted and plans have been prepared. A site inspection revealed no evidence of failure in the form of surface breakout. The system is to serve one employee. Also, the underside of the container and the slab are hosed down once per week. No liquid from the containers enters the system. The inside of the container is not cleaned. The Groundwater section has determined that should have a low probability of adverse impact Quality. A permit has been prepared.
