On October 15, 1991, Arthur Mouberry (RRO) contacted me and requested that the subject permit
(pump and haul project with a condition that it is not renewable) be deleted from the permit tracking
system. Therefore, since the permit has expired and as per the recommendation of the Raleigh Regional
Office, the permit is being cleared from the permit tracking system. This memorandum shall serve as
formal "close-out" of the subject files.
By copy of this memo, I am requesting the Budget Office to clear all pending billings, Nlotices of
Revocation and permit file for the subject facility.
