Box 1080 Leland, NC 28451 RE:, Rescission of Non -Discharge Permit No. WQ0004367 Leland Resin Corporation Wastewater Spray Irrigation Brunswick County Dear Mr. Pasin: A005YVA IT UEHNF1 The Division has received the request dated January 29, 1997 from John Scarff of Leland Resin Corporation concerning the rescission of Non -Discharge Permit No. WQ0004367. This letter stated that Leland Resin Corporation's wastewater will now be routed and treated by Brunswick County's wastewater treatment system. Therefore, as you requested, Non -Discharge Permit No. WQ0004367 will be rescinded, effective immediately. If in the future, you determine that you need another Non -Discharge spray irrigation permit, you must first apply for and receive a new Non -Discharge Permit. Operation of a non -discharge spray irrigation system without a valid Non -Discharge Permit will subject Leland Resin Corporation to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
